To obtain gate access bar codes, residents must have a home owner information sheet on record. Please download this sheet, Homeowner Information Form.

New and replacement bar code applicants must use this form. Please fill it out carefully and completely and return it to the Main Gate at Gateway Blvd. and Gateway Greens Blvd.

This form provides the Association with its official record of membership in the Association. It also ensures keyholders and service providers have gate access.

Bar code replacement requests must include the old bar code or at the very least, bar code number. If members are unable to provide this number, and they have multiple vehicles with bar codes, they must provide the numbers on their other vehicles, so the guards may, by process of elimination, delete the bar code being replaced, prior to the new bar code issued. New bar codes will not be issued without this information.

When provided with the old bar code number, the completed form, and $10 check, the guards may issue the replacement bar codes. Note: Damaged or non-functioning bar codes can be issued without charge only when they are under 6 months old.

New Residents must provide all data on their form, a $10.00 check per bar code, and a copy of their sale papers (or lease for renters). It will take 5-10 days before their bar codes can be activated and issued.

The Guards will affix the bar code to the vehicle window, to ensure it is installed at the proper height for the scanners.

Key-holders are the residents' emergency contact and will be added to the permanent guest list. This list is limited to three per residence. In the event there is an emergency at a residence and the guards or property manager are unable to reach the owner, the key-holder will be contacted.

Should the guards receive an usually high number of bar codes requested for a single residence, they will advise the applicant that due to the high number requested, property management will need to approve issuing additional bar codes.
