Security Committee (SC)
Core Value: Our community will be a safe
place to live. The committee seeks effective gate access controls for
vehicles. Real security is the responsibility of each of the members to
stay alert and to protect their property.

Recent Accomplishments: The committee has been reviewing
proposals for a new gate access system. Based on inspections at Gulf
Harbour & Pelican Sound, the committee has narrowed its focus to TEM
Systems. Inc. They also recently completed a performance review of
Kent Security and new personnel and better front office support has been
promised.
Current Priorities: Following the Board of
Directors agreement to purchase the TEM Systems equipment, the
committee is now focused on guard training, post orders, and
integration of the new system.
