Access Control Committee (SC)
Core Value: Our community will be a safe
place to live. The committee seeks effective gate access controls for
vehicles. Real security is the responsibility of each of the members to
stay alert and to protect their property.

Recent Accomplishments: The committee completed its
recommendations for a transponder policy, pricing schedule, and application
form. These were all approved by the Board of Governors on May 14,
2009.
Current Priorities: Following the Board of
Directors agreement to purchase the TEM Systems equipment, the
committee is now focused on guard training, post orders, and
integration of the new system.

Several break ins have been reported in recent weeks. Please read the
attached recommendations and take reasonable precautions.
Security advice It is very important
that members report all suspicious our known criminal activity even if it seems
to be too late to do any think about it.
