Attach a lot plan showing the proposed location of the generator and fuel tank. Fuel will be propane or natural gas.
Attach a site plan showing the nearest house to the generator.
Indicate the direction of drainage flow in the generator pad area.
Engine exhaust must be at least 5 feet away from any opening.
Noise from the generator and exhaust must be less than 74db @ 10 feet away from the generator.
All generators to be permanently connected to a home must be installed by licensed contractors.
Attach a copy of the license to this application.
Codes to be followed are NFPA No.70 National Electric Code, NFPA No.110 Emergency and Standby Power Systems, NFPA No.54 National
Fuel Gas Code, and NFPA No.58 Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases.
