Design Review Committee (DRC)

Current Priorities: The committee's main priority is to
review applications for design review. In addition, the first phase of
a rewrite of the Design Review Manual has been completed and is awaiting
board approval. The committee has developed a number of criteria used
to ensure equitable practices in design review decisions. The
committee has created a data base of all applications submitted for design
review since 1997.
Meetings: Because this committee has authority to make
binding decisions on design review applications, all of its meetings will be
posted and open to all members of the community. The meeting schedule for
the first half of 2010: January 13, & 27: Feb. 17: March 10 & 31: April 21:
May 12: June 2 & 23. The meeting on January 27 will start at 7 PM and the
balance of the meetings will start at 6:30 PM. They will be held at the
offices of the Services District.
