Current Priorities: The committee's main priority is to
review applications for design review. In addition, the first phase of
a rewrite of the Design Review Manual has been completed and is awaiting
board approval. The committee has developed a number of criteria used
to ensure equitable practices in design review decisions. The
committee has created a data base of all applications submitted for design
review since 1997.
Meetings: Because this committee has authority to make
binding decisions on design review applications, all of its meetings will be
posted and open to all members of the community. Meetings are held at the
Country Club at 6:30 P.M. Current Schedule: Dec. 17, 08, Jan.
7, 09, Jan. 28, 09, Feb. 18, 09, March 11, 09, April 1, 09, April 22, 09, May 13,
09, June 3, 09, & June 24, 09.
