Mail Box maintenance for Cypress Links, Mahogany Isle, Mahogany Run, Sabal Dunes, The Cottages, and Fairway Isles.

Instructions to Refurbish your mailbox:

1. Cover shrubs near or under mailbox
2. Use 50% chlorine and 50% water in a spray bottle
3. Spray entire post and hood with the wind at your back
4. Keep post wet with the solution for 20 minutes
5. Rinse with Water
6. Old numbers can be removed with a razor scraper if necessary
7. Allow 1 day for all areas to dry before applying paint
8. Paint with a sponge type mini roller if possible
9. Paint all areas once and let dry for one day.  Apply second coat the next day
10. Use stainless screws were required
11. New numbers cost approximately $15. 
12. The black aluminum box can be obtained for approximately $15.
