Request For Design Review  

The Short Form:

This short version of the Design Review Form may be used for those request which do not require attachments such as color samples or drawings.  The short form is not for extensive landscaping, room additions, lanai extensions, fences, new windows or other alterations to the house or garage.  It may be used for alterations if the colors match the colors of another house in the neighborhood.  A new or replacement tree. Things that can be identified by reference to existing alterations in your neighborhood.  In addition you can use this form for a color not found in you neighborhood by selecting a paint manufacturer and providing a paint number.  Some of the paint colors and numbers are available on line with links to this page.

            House Painting:  If you are repainting your house, provide the address of the house with your roof color and whose house colors

             you will match.     

 
If you are applying to use new colors not already in use in you neighborhood, you may provide the name of paint manufacturer and paint number.  Please provide a color for the house and another for the trim.  For your convenience we have added links to popular color charts.  Paint colors

Landscape:  If you are replacing a dead, damaged, or diseased tree or adding a new tree to your property you may use this form.  Many trees are too close to the houses and if you are replacing a tree close to your house, you are encouraged to replace it with a tree closer to the street or property line.  Canopy trees should be replaced with canopy trees.  Type of tree being replaced.   (if none say none)  Location of tree being replaced:   Type of tree being installed:    Location of new tree:

Front Door Screen Enclosure:  If you are installing a front door screen enclosure identical to one already approved for you neighborhood, you may use this form.  Address of house with front door screen identical to the one you want to install.

Driveway & Walkway finishes:  If you are installing a textured driveway or walkway finish identical in design to one already approved for you neighborhood and whose color matches your roof or the trim of your house, you may use this form.  Address of house with driveway or walkway finish you want for your house
