Question 1. My concern is driving by the Santa Luz project on a daily basis and seeing that eyesore and realizing how much it is affecting the value of my property. I know the board has paid lip service to the problem, but it is time that attention be paid to solving the problem. I am sure there are developer agreements in place that address situations where the project fails. I believe that it is the board’s responsibility to make this problem a priority and I will be looking to you to solve this greater issue rather than focusing on the petty issues. See Answer
Question 2. I am just behind the condos
that are in trouble. It looks like a slum. I do not understand why we are
having such a problem with this builder. When I was going to build a house on
Mahogany Run, I was told many times that there was a time limit to complete the
house. Is this rule just for individual residents?
