Question 1. Is the condition of the West Links Gate scheduled to be updated? There is a weather worn awning that is torn and needs replaced, the doors to the gatehouse are dirty or discolored and it is impossible to see into. Perhaps the glass panels could be replaced, the general landscaping and road paint needs refreshed. Has there been maintenance money reserved for this entry/exit point? See Answer
Question 2. The Westlinks entry, also know as the back gate is in sub par condition. Are there plans to have clean and presentable awnings in place, change the door glass that is frosted and clean up and landscape the property to the same standard as the other entry, sometimes referred to as the main gate?
